Section 910IAC3-2-12. "Qualification standards" defined

Latest version.

"Qualification standards" means the personal and professional attributes, including:

(1) skill;

(2) experience;

(3) education;

(4) physical;

(5) medical;

(6) safety; and

(7) other requirements;

established by a covered entity as requirements that an individual must meet in order to be eligible for the position held or desired.
