Section 410IAC7-24-307. Ventilation hood systems; adequacy

(a) Ventilation hood systems and devices shall meet the requirements of the Indiana department of fire and building services and be sufficient in number and capacity to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
