Section 410IAC7-24-308. Design of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system vents

(a) Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems shall be designed and installed so that makeup air intake and exhaust vents do not cause contamination of:
(1) food;
(2) food-contact surfaces;
(3) equipment; or
(4) utensils.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
