Section 410IAC7-24-382. Outdoor storage surface; refuse, recyclables, and returnables

(a) An outdoor storage surface for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be as follows:

(1) Constructed of nonabsorbent material, such as concrete or asphalt.

(2) Smooth, durable, and sloped to drain.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
