Section 410IAC7-24-383. Outdoor enclosure; refuse, recyclables, and returnables

(a) If used, an outdoor enclosure for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be constructed of durable and cleanable materials.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
