Section 410IAC7-24-381. Refuse, recyclables, and returnables; indoor storage area

(a) If located within the retail food establishment, a storage area for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall meet the requirements specified under section 399, 401 through 404, 406 through 409, 413, or 414 of this rule.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
