Section 410IAC7-24-309. Mechanical ventilation

(a) Mechanical ventilation shall be provided in accordance with requirements of the Indiana department of fire and building services and shall be of sufficient capacity to keep rooms free of the following:
(1) Excessive heat.
(2) Steam.
(3) Condensation.
(4) Vapors.
(5) Obnoxious odors.
(6) Smoke.
(7) Fumes.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
