Section 75IAC3-1-11. Compliance with licensing requirement

  •    COMPLIANCE WITH LICENSING REQUIREMENT. It is the intent and purpose of these rules and regulations that if a proper application for license has been filed prior to March 1 of any year and remains under review after that date, the applicant shall be considered to be in reasonable compliance with the requirement to apply for and obtain the required license, pending issuance of the license or notice of rejection or denial of the application. If an application for license is rejected or denied, the license fee shall be returned to the applicant with a notice and explanation of such action.
