Section 410IAC7-24-56. "Molluscan shellfish" defined

  •    "Molluscan shellfish" means any edible species of fresh or frozen:

    (1) oysters;

    (2) clams;

    (3) mussels; and

    (4) scallops;

    or edible portions thereof, except when the scallop product consists only of the shucked adductor muscle.
