Section 410IAC7-24-55. "Mobile retail food establishment" defined

Latest version.

"Mobile retail food establishment" means a retail food establishment that is:

(1) wheeled;

(2) on skids;

(3) mounted on a vehicle;

(4) a marine vessel; or

(5) otherwise readily movable;
