Section 410IAC7-24-443. Sanitizers; criteria

(a) Chemical sanitizers and other chemical antimicrobials applied to food-contact surfaces shall meet the requirements specified in 21 CFR 178.1010.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
