Section 410IAC7-24-444. Chemicals for washing fruits and vegetables; criteria

(a) Chemicals used to wash or peel raw, whole fruits and vegetables shall meet the requirements specified in 21 CFR 173.315.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
