Section 410IAC7-24-400. Surface characteristics of materials for outdoor area construction and repair

  •    (a) The outdoor walking and driving areas shall be surfaced with concrete, asphalt, gravel, or other materials that have been effectively treated to:

    (1) minimize dust;

    (2) facilitate maintenance; and

    (3) prevent muddy conditions.

      (b) Exterior surfaces of buildings and mobile retail food establishments shall:

    (1) be of weather-resistant materials; and

    (2) comply with law.

      (c) Outdoor storage areas for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be of materials specified under section 382 or 383 of this rule.

      (d) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a), (b), or (c) is a noncritical item.
