Section 410IAC7-24-40. "Game animal" defined

Latest version.

"Game animal" means an animal, the products of which are food, that is not:

(1) regulated under IC 15-2.1-24 [IC 15-2.1 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-17-5.];

(2) fish as defined in section 33 of this rule; and

(3) possessed or raised in violation of state or federal law.
