Section 410IAC7-24-380. Other liquid wastes and rainwater

Latest version.

(a) Condensate drainage and other nonsewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from the point of discharge to disposal according to law.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
