Section 410IAC7-24-310. Cleaning ventilation systems

(a) Intake and exhaust air ducts shall be cleaned and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination by the following:
(1) Dust.
(2) Dirt.
(3) Other materials.
(b) If vented to the outside, ventilation systems may not create a:
(1) public health hazard;
(2) nuisance; or
(3) unlawful discharge.
(c) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) or (b) is a noncritical item.
