Section 410IAC7-24-200. Food contact with equipment and utensils

  •    (a) Food shall only contact surfaces of equipment and utensils that are cleaned as specified under sections 248, 276, 287, and 295 through 302 of this rule and sanitized as specified under section 303 of this rule.

      (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
