Section 410IAC7-24-18. "Consumer" defined

Latest version.

"Consumer" means a person who is a member of the public who:

(1) takes possession of food;

(2) is not functioning in the capacity of an operator of a retail food establishment or food processing plant; and

(3) does not offer the food for resale.
