Section 410IAC7-24-150. Shell eggs

(a) Shell eggs shall be received clean and sound and may not exceed the restricted egg tolerances for United States Consumer Grade B as specified in 7 CFR 56, 9 CFR 590, United States Standards, Grades, and Weight classes for Shell Eggs (AMS 56.200 et seq.), and 370 IAC.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
