Section 410IAC7-24-135. Clean condition of outer clothing

Latest version.

(a) Food employees shall wear clean outer clothing to prevent contamination of the following:

(1) Food.

(2) Equipment.

(3) Utensils.

(4) Linens.

(5) Single-service and single-use articles.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
