Section 410IAC7-24-134. Jewelry prohibition

  •    (a) While preparing food, a food employee shall not wear jewelry, including medical jewelry and watches, on their arms and hands. This section does not apply to a plain ring, such as a wedding band.

      (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
