Section 410IAC7-24-112. Food equipment; certification and classification

(a) Food equipment that is certified or classified for sanitation by an American National Standards Institute accredited certification program will be deemed to comply with sections 161, 205 through 213, 215 through 217, 219 through 226, 229 through 232, 253 through 256, 261 through 266, 271, 277 through 282, 288, 305 through 306, and 333 of this rule.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
