Section 410IAC6-11-6. Water supply

A safe, potable supply of water under pressure, shall be provided at the facility at all times during periods of student occupancy. Where a public water supply is not available, a properly located and constructed private water supply shall be utilized. The potable water supply shall be maintained in a good state of repair. There shall be no direct physical connection, existing or potential, between a potable water supply system and an unsafe water supply system used for fire protection, lawn sprinkling, toilet flushing, or other nonpotable use.
