Section 410IAC6-8.3-32. "Residential on-site sewage system" or "on-site sewage system" defined

"Residential on-site sewage system" or "on-site sewage system" means all equipment and devices necessary for proper conduction, collection, storage, treatment, and on-site disposal of sewage from:
(1) a one (1) or two (2) family dwelling;
(2) a residential outbuilding; or
(3) two (2) single-family dwellings on the same property with a combined DDF of less than or equal to seven hundred fifty (750) gallons per day.
