The following services are not reimbursed separately under Medicaid when provided in conjunction with anesthesia services:

(1) Noninvasive electrocardiogram monitoring.

(2) Blood pressure monitoring.

(3) Monitoring of data scope.

(4) Intubation factor postoperative.
