  •    Anesthesia administered by the attending physician, during labor or delivery (spinals, epidurals, pudendal, caudal, paracervical blocks, etc.) are considered to be part of the delivery fee. If the anaesthesia is administered by another licensed anesthesia provider, that is, physician, anesthesiologist, or anesthetist, payment will be allowed for the procedures listed in this section under 405 IAC 1-11.5.
