Section 17IAC2-2-5. "Historic site" defined

"Historic site" means any site that is important to the general, archeological, agricultural, economic, social, political, architectural, industrial, or cultural history of Indiana. A historic site includes any adjacent property that is necessary to the preservation or restoration of the site.
