Section 17IAC2-2-6. "Historic structure" defined

"Historic structure" means any structure that is important to the general, archeological, agricultural, economic, social, political, architectural, industrial, or cultural history of Indiana. A historic structure includes any adjacent property that is necessary to the preservation or restoration of the structure.
