Section 105IAC11-2-6. Suspension of certificate of qualification

   (a) The prequalification committee may recommend to the commissioner the suspension of the contractor's certificate of qualification if the contractor's work is unsatisfactory, if it is apparent the contractor will be unable to complete its contracts on time, or if the contractor has failed to adequately document a current or previous contract.

  (b) Notification of the suspension shall be made in writing, and the suspension will become effective after all avenues of appeal under section 9 of this rule are exhausted. The suspension will be lifted when the contractor has taken corrective action to the personal satisfaction of the commissioner.
