Section 105IAC11-2-7. Withdrawal of certificate of qualification

A certificate of qualification may be withdrawn if it has been administratively determined by the prequalification committee that the firm or corporation is no longer active or in existence. Notification of the withdrawal shall be made in writing and will become effective after all avenues of appeal under section 9 of this rule are exhausted.
