Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 5, 2013, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W064, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Real Estate Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule that amends the requirements to reinstate an expired license, removes expired language, extends the time frame for acceptable experience credit, identifies the maximum hour value for each appraisal that may qualify for experience credit, clarifies the point at which a trainee licensee has to complete the USPAP continuing education course, and amends the time frame a licensee has to complete the USPAP continuing education course each renewal cycle.

This rule is essential to comply with federal requirements as well as to clarify language that is confusing or misinterpreted.

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072 and Legislative Services Agency, Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
