    EXECUTIVE ORDER: 12-20

    FOR: PARDON FOR GORDON DUNNE


    TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS MAY COME, GREETINGS;

    WHEREAS, GORDON DUNNE, who petitioned for a pardon, was convicted in Marion County of a Violation of the 1935 Narcotics Act in 1971; and

    WHEREAS, the petitioner, is now a 63 year-old man who has been a productive member of society, has been employed by InTouch Pharmacy and in elder care and is actively involved with his church and the Coburn Women's Shelter; and

    WHEREAS, the petitioner has letters of support testifying to his character and urging approval of this pardon from friends and community leaders; and

    WHEREAS, the Parole Board, after careful investigation and examination of all the facts in this case, has unanimously recommended to the Governor that this pardon be granted.

    NOW THEREFORE, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., Governor of the State of Indiana, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of said State do hereby issue a Pardon to GORDON DUNNE.

    IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr., have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Indiana on this 3rd day of December 2012.
