    Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Family Resources intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

    OVERVIEW: Adds 470 IAC 3-20 to establish requirements for child care providers to receive Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) payments for providing child care for children with CCDF subsidy vouchers. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-13-5-3; IC 12-17.2-3.5-15.
