Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Division of Family Resources intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 470 IAC 3-19 to establish requirements for families to receive Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) vouchers. Comments and questions may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 12-13-5-3; IC 12-17.2-3.5-15.
