Section 925IAC2-5-1. Dismissal of cases

Latest version.

   (a) A majority vote of the commission members present and voting at the meeting may dismiss a case for want of prosecution or for lack of jurisdiction.

  (b) Dismissal of a case does not prevent a person from reapplying at any time in the future.

  (c) No fees paid to the commission for an application or petition shall be refunded after dismissal, except by a majority vote of the members present and voting at a regular meeting.
