Section 925IAC2-5-2. Withdrawal of cases; redocketing

Latest version.

   (a) Any person who has filed a case may withdraw such case from commission consideration at any time before or during a hearing, but not after the chair has called for a vote.

  (b) Withdrawn cases may be docketed as a new case at any time, provided all filing and notice requirements are met.

  (c) No fees paid to the commission for a case subsequently withdrawn shall be refunded except by a majority vote of the members present and voting at a regular meeting.
