Section 925IAC2-2-1. Time and location of public hearings and meetings

Regular meetings, designated as public hearings of the commission, shall be held at 4 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month. If such regular meeting day falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following Tuesday. The commission shall determine the location of the following regular meeting at the immediately preceding regular meeting.
