Section 905IAC1-8-5. Applications for permits: contents; restriction

All applications for such permits must bear the signature and address of the applicant and the signature, address, and business of the employer. Said application shall also contain a statement that the applicant will comply with the rules of the commission. Separate permits shall be carried for each employer represented by a salesman. In no case shall a salesman sell, or take orders for, or solicit the sale of, or promote the sale of alcoholic beverages in behalf of any person whose name is not specified in the salesman's permit as his employer.
