Section 905IAC1-8-4. Permittee's duty

(a) No permittee shall purchase from or give an order to, or permit the solicitation of a sale of alcoholic beverages by any person who is not the holder of a salesman's permit.

(b) This section does not apply to an employee of a permittee soliciting while on the permit premises.
