Section 905IAC1-17-4. Approval; restrictions

   Clearance. (a) All transfers must be cleared through the office of the Chief of Excise Police and of the Prosecutor for the Commission before being granted.

  (b) Transfers will not be granted where the permittee is or has been cited for hearing for violation of the law, rules or regulations, until the citation is finally disposed of by the Commission.

  (c) A permittee under order of suspension or revocation will not be allowed to transfer the permit except by special order of the Commission.
