Residential Rule. The residential area rule ( Chapter 148, Acts or 1947 [Repealed; IC 7.1-3-19-13─7.1-3-19-16],) is applicable to all transfers from place to place of retail permits to sell alcoholic beverages by the drink or for package stores but not applicable in person to person transfers.
