Section 905IAC1-29-1. Package alcoholic beverages; sale restrictions

No retailer permittee shall sell or otherwise dispose of alcoholic spirituous, vinous, and/or malt beverages to persons for consumption off the licensed premises (hereinafter referred to as "package alcoholic beverages"), except in accordance with the provisions of all applicable Indiana alcoholic beverage laws and rules of the alcohol and tobacco commission, including sections 2 through 8 of this rule.
