Section 905IAC1-15.2-1. Retail permit premises

   Except as provided in IC 7.1-5-7-11, IC 7.1-5-7-13, and sections 2 through 3 of this rule, minors are not allowed on retail permit premises.

  (b) It is unlawful for a permittee to allow a minor on his permit premises except as provided in IC 7.1-5-7-11, IC 7.1-5-7-13, and subsections 2 and 3 of this rule [sections 2 through 3 of this rule].
