Section 876IAC8-2-5. Restriction on broker acquiring interest in property

A broker shall not directly or indirectly buy, offer to buy, sell, or offer to sell, for the broker property listed with the broker or the broker with whom the broker is associated, nor shall the broker acquire any interest in the property without first making the broker's true position clearly known to the owner or owners.
