Section 865IAC1-15-17. Continuing education required after reactivation

   This section applies to all registered land surveyors who reactivate an inactive license by establishing the number of hours of continuing education required for the time period between reactivation and the renewal date in the table in this section in order to qualify to renew active. Registered land surveyors must complete the mandatory continuing education required in section 6 of this rule unless the requirement in the table in this section is zero (0). Additional hours of continuing education required in the following table may be met by taking courses of elective topics that meet the requirements of section 7 of this rule:
