Section 847IAC1-3-7. Reinstatement of delinquent certificate

(a) The holder of a certificate that was issued by the board that is three (3) years or less delinquent shall be reinstated upon meeting the requirements of IC 25-1-8-6(c).

(b) The holder of a certificate that was issued by the board that is more than three (3) years delinquent shall be reinstated upon meeting the requirements of IC 25-1-8-6(d).
