Section 846IAC1-4-7. Fees

The following fees shall apply to all licensed chiropractors and applicants for licensure:
Examination/issuance
$100
License renewal (July 1 of each even-numbered year)

Inactive license renewal (July 1 of each even- numbered year)
$50
Endorsement issuance
$100
Verification of licensure
$10
Duplicate wall license
$10
Reinstatement of inactive license
$15
Temporary permit
