Section 840IAC1-2-5. Exemptions

Licensees who fail to comply with the continuing education requirements of the board shall not be issued a renewal license, except for the following exemptions:

(1) An HFA or RCA who holds a valid license, but submits a statement from a physician or surgeon stating that the licensee is unable to practice due to illness or physical disability.

(2) An HFA or RCA on active military duty.

(3) Other circumstances determined by the board.
