      (b) Students shall be required to complete not fewer than the number of actual practice performances provided for in the progress report required by section 14 of this rule.

      (c) The nails on two (2) hands or two (2) feet constitute one (1) performance of a manicure or pedicure. All:

    (1) manicures;

    (2) pedicures; and

    (3) nail techniques;

    must be done on live models.

      (d) Students shall not work on customers of the cosmetology school until they have completed a total of forty (40) hours. Customers shall be rotated according to students' needs for practice on live models.
