Section 812IAC2-2-3. Course records

Latest version.

Each approved course provider must maintain records of students who successfully complete and pass the course of study for a minimum of two (2) years. The records must include:

(1) attendance records;

(2) examination score records;

(3) student course evaluations; and

(4) duplicate copies of completion certificates or the ability to reproduce duplicate completion certificates.
